How to Make a Claim
If you are a member of Harness Racing Australia and you have suffered an injury whilst participating in an official Harness Racing Australia activity (including training, competitions, races, or other sanctioned activities) please follow the below steps to lodge a Personal Accident claim.

Step 2: Complete each section of the claim form. Please be advised that incomplete claim forms may cause a delay in processing your claim.
Step 3: Please return your Personal Accident claim form and supporting documentation to V-Insurance Group via email, post or fax:

Step 4: V-Insurance Group will manage your claim on your behalf and be your main point of contact. Corporate Services Network is the claims handling service that assesses claims and make payments where relevant.
Ongoing/additional receipts that you incur or other correspondence relating to your injury must be sent to V-Insurance Group (please quote your claim number). Should you wish to make enquiries relating to the progress of your claim, please contact V-Insurance Group (02) 8599 8660 or 1300 945 547.

The Health Insurance Act (Cth) 1973 does not permit the insurer to contribute to any charges covered, or partially covered by Medicare.
